World Environment Day 2024
The National Institute of Design celebrated World Environment Day on 5th June 2024 with great enthusiasm, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and environmental conservation and raising awareness about the importance of environmental stewardship.. The day’s events included the planting of saplings around the campus, a significant step towards enhancing the greenery and promoting biodiversity in the area. Faculty, and Staff actively participated in this initiative, each contributing to the creation of a more verdant and eco-friendly environment. The celebration also featured a solemn pledge ceremony, where participants vowed to adopt eco-friendly practices and support environmental protection efforts.
