        "rendered": "<p>In a noteworthy step towards promoting research and training in sustainable development, the National Institute of Design Assam, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Green Action Foundation (GAF), Guwahati on 17.06.2025. The signing ceremony took place at the NID Assam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MoU aims to strengthen collaboration between the two Institutions by jointly utilizing resources for the design and development of projects, research, training and activities focused on sustainable industrial practices. the partnership also envisions the development of socially impactful products created through collaboration between students and faculty of the Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MoU was signed in th eaugust presence of Prof. J.P Sampath Kumar, Director of NID Assam, Dulumoni Kalita, Registrar, NID Assam and Sujit Kumar Das, CEO of GAF formalized the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions.
